Sam Pemberton Civil Ltd has Fully trained staff with both Drainlayers tickets and the water /waste water ITO Qualification.
We specialise at laying all types of pipe including Concrete, PVC, Clay, MDPE, HDPE, Hobass, Fibreglass and concrete lined steel. We can lay at depths in excess of 6 metres depth and are experienced in controlling high water tables by means of de-watering.

SPC Ltd will look after all the Traffic Management requirements with our own experienced and qualified staff. Several staff are STMS and TC qualified. Managing the traffic effectively is a vital part of working in live lanes, for both the public and our staff’s own safety.
SPC Ltd work closely with Environmental local bodies to protect our environment whilst working through the different project phases and scope of works.

Starting with the earthworks, Cut to controlled fill, sub-grade trim, undercut and replacement, kerbing, Sub base layers, Base course layers and finally the Chip seal, Hot mix or concrete surface.
We carry out our own soils testing and clegg testing on the basecourse layers.
